Having too many ideas is as good as none. When you have an idea, first time you get excited. Then you start thinking quickly on it, and then you shape it, craft it, think completely through it and then, of course, you post it off. You might return to it a day later or so, realising that you missed one certain thing, and then you use some form of update. You add those things up, jazz it up, and start augmenting your thoughts. It is constantly morphing and metamorphosing. At this stage the idea has its own life. It will then be changed not just by its author, but by the responses to it, to the way in which it disseminates, filters and ultimately transforms as it moves on. An idea is not something to grasp – it is the thing that never sits still. What if you have more ideas? As good as none, I’m telling you.
